Welcome to FATHOM1. These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and FATHOM1 regarding your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Section 1: Beta Services Disclaimer

You acknowledge that FATHOM1 is currently in a 'Beta' phase. The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind. You understand that the Service may contain errors or bugs and that data loss may occur. You use the Beta Service entirely at your own risk.

Section 2: AI & Output Disclaimer

FATHOM1 uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate insights and prioritization rankings ('Output'). You acknowledge that:

  • AI is probabilistic and may generate errors or 'hallucinations.'
  • You should independently verify all advice or rankings before making critical life or financial decisions.
  • FATHOM1 is a tool for thought, not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or medical advice.

Section 3: Subscriptions & Trials

14-Day Trial

Your subscription may start with a free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

Billing

After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Payments are non-refundable, but you will retain access for the remainder of your billing period.

Section 4: User Content & Data Usage

Your Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the tasks, goals, and personal reflections (User Content) you input into FATHOM1.

Our License

By using FATHOM1, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your User Content. This license is used to:

  • Provide and maintain the FATHOM1 service.
  • Improve our underlying AI models and prioritization algorithms to make the tool better.
  • Generate anonymized, aggregate insights about productivity and goal-setting trends.

Our Commitment

FATHOM1 will never sell your specific, identifiable User Content to third parties.

Section 5: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FATHOM1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FATHOM1 in the past 12 months.

Section 6: Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
